Dr. Whicker graduated with honors from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry. He went on to complete an advanced training fellowship in Tacoma Washington where he worked closely with board certified dentists in each of the specialty areas of dentistry. Rob then spent four years in the U.S. Army Dental Corp providing comprehensive dental care for soldiers in Washington, Kansas, California, Texas, and Iraq.

Dr. Whicker has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education in Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, TMJ therapy and pain management, nutritional counseling, traditional and laser periodontal therapy, restorative dental implantology, precision removable partial dentures, esthetic dentistry, and comprehensive reconstructive dentistry.

Dr. Whicker’s primary focus is developing personalized relationships with each of his patients. His motto is “Individual Care for Individual People”. This means that his agenda in providing dental care is to give you all the information you need about your dental conditions, risk factors, and treatment options, find out what your dental care agenda is, and help you to accomplish it.

Away from the office, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, volunteering with his church, reading, running, and learning to cook.
