Here at Wellness Centered Dentistry, we know first-hand the powerful positive effects of good nutrition on dental health. Dietary and lifestyle recommendations are a part of our holistic dental checkups, and the Eugene-Springfield area offers some great opportunities to find high-quality organic foods from local farmers.

In Eugene, the Farmer’s Market doesn’t just run on Saturday, but on Tuesday and Thursday as well, all at 8th Street, Oak and Park, Eugene. The hours are:

Saturdays: April 3 – Nov 13, 2010, 9 am – 4 pm
Tuesdys: May 4 – October 26, 2010, 10 am – 3 pm
Thursdays: June 3 – Sept 23, 2010, Noon to 5 pm

In Springfield, you can find great fresh foods for holistic dental health at the Springfield Farmers’ Market, every Friday through Oct. 8, 3-7pm, Downtown Springfield, 5th & 6th between Main St., Spfd.
